A Bolivian herder is believed to be the world's oldest person. The Guinness World Records still have to confirm it though.

The verified oldest person living right now is Misao Okawa. She is 115 years old and lives in Japan. Now a report from Bolivia says that Carmelo Flores Laura is the world's oldest person. He is supposed to be 123 years old.

His registered birth date is July 16, 1890. Flores does not exactly remember how old he is and cannot confirm if the registered filing is legit. The Guinness people have not yet looked into the case as no claim has been made yet for Flores to be considered the world's oldest person.

According to The Telegraph, Flores is a herder and lives in secluded area near lake Titicaca. Watch also the report below.
