Xbox One will be available on Nov. 22, 2013 in all 13 of our initial launch markets – Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Spain, UK, and USA. Many more markets will follow in 2014.

Microsoft has just revealed the Xbox One launch date. The new Xbox One will go on sale on November 22 in the United States and 12 other markets. Microsoft also confirmed that the final Xbox One will be faster. The CPU speed got increased from 1.6GHZ to 1.75GHZ, this is roughly a 10 percent increase in CPU performance. This is on top of the 6% increase we previously announced for the GPU.

Microsoft has fumbled the announcement of the Xbox One, but I think we will still see strong sales. Microsoft has fixed all issues that raised a stink amongst gamers.

Watch below an interview with Yusuf Mehdi, CVP Marketing for Xbox presenting the Xbox One.
