A marijuana legalization group NORML has got highest votes during first round of Intuit online contest to win rights to make its promotional ad that will go live during Super Bowl XLVIII. Hence message of marijuana legalization can reach masses.

It is because the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML) has scored highest number of votes for the first round of an online contest sponsored by Intuit.
