Travel router is designed to be used all around the world

Trendnet has unveiled a new wireless travel router designed to make it easy to set up a wireless network in the home, office, or a hotel room. The router is called the TEW-714TRU. The router supports 802.11n wireless speeds and various security protocols.

On the bottom of the router is a single gigabit ethernet port and a pair of USB ports. One of the USB ports is designed for charging devices like tablets and smartphones only. The other USB port is designed for connecting external storage in the form of flash drives or hard drives turning connected devices into network attached storage.

The travel router ships with plugs that will work in the US, Europe, and the UK. That means one router will let you set up a wireless network wherever your travels take you. The device will be available this month for slightly under $100.
