The Daylight Saving ends on Sunday. Do not forget to turn back your clock by one hour. Yes that means you can sleep one hour longer, but is it really worth it?

First off, I hate daylight saving. It is an antiquated concept that every time messes up the sleeping schedule of my kids. It creates so much confusion around the world that is really not worth it anymore as we have plenty of energy or whatever reason politicians use to argue that we still need this. In Europe the clocks already changed last weekend. The United States are following this weekend in the night from Saturday to Sunday. Alone this rolling schedule of change is creating a big mess for people working with overseas companies.

The official time to switch is at 2am Sunday morning.

According to Wikipedia a guy named George Vernon Hudson came up with the idea in 1895. Germany and the Austria implemented it starting 1916. It is time to get rid of Daylight Saving Time. There is no energy saving benefit anymore. It just messes with our sleep patterns and causes time zone mayhem.
