Sony will Launch PS4 with 11 Digital Entertainment Apps on November 15

Sony has just announced that 11 digital entertainment services like Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Instant Video will be available on PS4 at launch in the US.

Sony brings the PS4 launch excitement on its peak. Sony is all set to launch its next generation PlayStation 4 gaming console on November 15th. And the tech giant wants to make PS4 as first choice of customers in terms of first computer entertainment system. That is why; the company adds best entertainment options on its upcoming platform.

Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC (SCEA) today announced a line-up of 11 digital entertainment apps that will be available on the PlayStation4 console in the United States, starting November 15, 2013. Hence Sony's console will become a power house of entertainment from its launch day. As a rich portfolio of services will be accessible for PS4 gamers starting on day one. These services will show you hottest movies and television shows, unique specialized content, and live sports programming, all in one place.

Sony's senior vice president, business development and publisher relations at SCEA, Phil Rosenberg said, "PlayStation is deeply committed to providing the most immersive gaming and entertainment experiences to gamers. The PS4 is the most powerful gaming system ever created, which enables us, along with our partners to add amazing entertainment options to the platform that we know PlayStation fans are going to love."

Netflix, Amazon Instant Video, Hulu Plus, VUDU, Redbox Instant by Verizon, Crackle, Crunchyroll, EPIX,NHL GameCenter LIVE, YuppTV, and NBA Game Time are the 11 digital entertainment apps that will be available on PS4 starting November 15th. PS4 gamers can download all of these entertainment apps directly from PlayStation Store or TV & Video section of PS4’s home screen. Sony has already announced the addition of its own Music Unlimited and Video Unlimited services for PS4. Sony has also announced to add more apps soon.
