The Walmart Black Friday 2013 Ad announced that there will be a Manager's Specials sale in Walmart Stores on the actual Black Friday, November 29.  Throughout the store from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 29, Walmart will drop prices on entire categories and brands that are most in demand for holiday, as well as empower its local store managers to lower prices on other great items. Walmart has today published the deals to be offered during the Manager's Special sale. The most impressive deal is the $248 11.6-inch Touchscreen Laptop with 500GB HDD and 4GB RAM.

If you check our Top 10 Black Friday Laptop Deals ranking you see that this deal beats the $249.99 11.6-inch Asus Touch-Screen Laptop advertised in the Best Buy Black Friday 2013 Ad. The Walmart Laptop deal also has a larger hard-drive. The Best Buy Laptop deal only has a 320GB HDD.

Walmart stores will have at least three $248 Acer Touch-Screen Laptops in stock on Black Friday. Remember that the Manager's Specials sale starts at 8am on Black Friday. Clearly both Touch-Screen Laptop deals are great. The thing that both have in common is that they will be hard to get.
