Octocopter suddenly are the hottest thing right thanks to an amazing PR stunt by Amazon's Jeff Bezos last night on TV.
As reported earlier, Jeff Bezos showed us the future of Amazon Prime. He demonstrated on CBS 60 minute how drones, in this case Octocopters, would deliver ordered packages within 30 minutes. Imagine you miss a HDMI Cable for your new Home theater. You order it on Amazon and boom 30 minutes later it falls from the sky. The whole demonstration got a lot of attention. Prices range from under $1,000 to $15,000.
