Dell unveils smaller 4K resolution computer dispaly

Dell has unveiled a new computer monitor that is aimed at the user wanting to get support for UHD or 4K resolution. You will need some serious graphics card muscle to drive resolutions this high. The monitor has a native resolution of 3840 x 2160 on a 24-inch screen. Dell already has a larger 4K resolution display with 32-inch screen size.

That 32-inch 4K monitor sells for a whopping $3500. The UP2414Q has the highest pixel density of any Dell monitor at 183.58 ppi. The monitor supports 1.07 billion colors. It also has a number of connectivity options.

Connectivity options include HDMI, DisplayPort, min-DP, and a four port USB 3.0 hub. The monitor also has a built in memory card reader. The exact price for this display and availability are unknown. It should be cheaper than the $3500 32-inch model, but it may not be much cheaper.
