Ubisoft has revealed details of its upcoming DLC for Assassin's Creed 4.

Fans of Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed will be happy to hear that a new DLC (downloadable content) is coming on December 17. Revealed on the latest digital issue of Game Informer, 'Freedom Cry' will be a DLC for Assassin's Creed 4. It will pack over four hours of gaming, starring shipmate assassin, Adewale.

Ubisoft had this to say about the upcoming single-player DLC: "Born a slave, Adewale found freedom as a pirate aboard the Jackdaw as Captain Edward Kenway’s second-in-command. Fifteen years later, Adewale has become a trained assassin and finds himself shipwrecked in Saint-Domingue with no weapon nor crew, starting a new adventure of his own."

The advert, seen above, had logos for the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and the Xbox One. With no Wii U logo in sight, availability on the console is still questionable as of the moment. Pricing has yet to be revealed.
