With the CES 2014 coming up soon, LG is ready to show the world what it’s got. It will be introducing its latest lineup of cool and funky products that include a sound plate and audio gadgets par excellence.

The Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2014 will have LG displaying its finest state-of-the-art products. Whereas the previous year, it was the sound bar that stole the limelight, in 2014 it will be a sound plate.

The sound plate is not thin and form-fitting like the television sets it goes with. Rather it is a base and podium of sorts for the TV unit. The spacious cabinets allow resonance to occur in this device. Richer sounds with high timbre are possible via the sound plate.

There are two sound bars that will get featured this year: the NB5540 and NB3740. The former is slim and ultramodern with a 320 wattage capacity and a 4.1 speaker. The best sound quality along with Bluetooth facility is found in this baby. As for the latter, while it may be less elegantly stylish, it has the same wattage and speaker as the former. And it also contains some special applications.

Then there are the NP8740 and NP8540 speakers which have 70 and 40 wattage capacity respectively. Music may be streamed on each speaker separately. These speakers are a response by LG to the challenge of Sonos’ wireless audio solutions.

Besides these newest AV products, three Blu-ray players and an HTIB system are additional achievements that will get showcased by LG soon. LG’s reputation so far is impeccable and we can expect a lot from it in the form of dream technology.
