LG is bringing to CES 2014 in Vegas a range of audio innovations, including music streamer that can be repeated in different rooms

Korean LG has announced several new audio components such as the NP8740 wireless audio. This system will allow you to play music throughout the entire house, similar to the Sonos' Play: 1 speaker. This will be possible due to a dual-band 2.4/5GHz WiFi that uses mesh network technology: each speaker repeats the signal through the house, allowing the owner to play the song or everywhere or in rooms he chooses. It can also be controlled with a user’s smartphone app.

LG also recently revealed the LAB540W SoundPlate, a very thin home theater receiver for TVs with a 4.1-channel and screens between 32 and 55-inches, wireless external subwoofer and 320-watt amp. It has smart TV functions and a built-in 3D Blu-ray player. It allows user to stream audio from any portable device with a WiFi or Bluetooth. If you need only audio, LG also has the 320W NB5540 soundbar, which works using a Bluetooth connection, or using a single HDMI cable from the TV, through a return audio channel.
