Tia and Tamera want a break from the eye of the camera and so they have ended their time on reality TV show “Tia and Tamera”. The two are looking forward to a more normal life in which they will be spending quality time with their husbands and children.
The two stars of Disney Channel’s “Sister, Sister” have decided to call it a day. There will be no season 4 of the Tia and Tamera reality TV show. Tamera Mowry-Housley announced on the last day of 2013, that the “Tia and Tamera” show has reached its end.
Yes, Tia and Tamera will not have a season 4. Thank you for always supporting us throughout the years.— Tamera Mowry-Housley (@TameraMowryTwo) December 31, 2013
Tia and Tamera were the darlings of the teen crowd way back in the 90s. Tia and Tamera Mowry were two siblings who played their designated roles in Disney Channel’s “Sister, Sister”. Later on in the capacity of grownups the two appeared on a reality show of their own. It was labeled very appropriately “Tia and Tamera”.
But a time comes when you have to put away childish toys and become an adult. So the two have decided to call it quits and look to family and friends instead. Besides, they have to pay attention to their spouses and children for a change.
Tia n I decided it was time 2 live r family lives behind the cameras:) U can still look forward 2 Tia's Instant Mom n my talk show the real— Tamera Mowry-Housley (@TameraMowryTwo) December 31, 2013
After just three seasons on air the show is about to end. The Mowry sisters tweeted their farewells to their fans. The show began two years ago and showed the two managing motherhood and a married life. There will not be a season four for this series. And while for now it is “goodbye media attention” for the two sisters, they have not totally given up on the star-studded life. Tia is busy working on a new TV comedy show while Tamera wants her own talk show in the future.
Wanted to say Thank You for all the love and support. But most of all welcoming me, my husband, n my son into your homes for 3 seasons— Tamera Mowry-Housley (@TameraMowryTwo) December 31, 2013
