Lindsay Lohan announced her new movie ‘Inconceivable’, in which she is going to work, at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah, on Monday, January 20th.

Lindsay Lohan really wants to be over and done with the hard time she is currently facing. The 27-year-old actress came to the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah, on Monday, to announce her new film. ‘Inconceivable’ is the title of the new thriller in which Lindsay Lohan is going to work. And Miss Lohan is also going to take part in the production process of her new movie.

"I've never had the honor of coming here before ... to bring something to the table, which is starting fresh for me," said Lindsay Lohan. "It's a nice change to be back among people that are in the industry that I've been in since I was a kid."

Emmett/Furla Films is the film company that is basically financing Lohan's new thriller. It is an independent firm that recently made the movie “Lone Survivor.” Randall Emmett is the CEO. And he said in an interview that the cost of making ‘Inconceivable’ will be $5 million.

“The money was very easy because Lindsay is still considered a star among independent financiers,” said Mr. Emmett.

According to Lindsay Lohan, her new film ‘Inconceivable’ will be a psychological thriller based on a woman who is trying to find something she lost. Shooting for the new movie is scheduled to start in March.

Lindsay Lohan is a troubled actress who is infamous for her drug addiction. And her last movie did not go well at the box office. Her last film was “The Canyons” which was released last year. And it was a big flop at the box office. This movie grossed only $51,135 at the box office despite being heavily promoted.

Lohan's last hit films were “Mean Girls” and “Herbie: Fully Loaded” that were released in 2004 and 2005. None of her films have grossed more than $100,000 since 2007. So it is a bit difficult for her producers to place their trust in her abilities. But Emmett is confident that Lohan has left her troubles behind. And Lohan wants to restart her film career with this movie.

Lindsay Lohan said, “It’s nice to have someone like Randall give me the opportunity and put his faith and trust in me. It’s time for me to get back on set.”
