The Biggest Loser Reality TV show has a new star that divides fans. Rachel Frederickson won the 15th season of Biggest Loser with a stunning weight loss. She completely transformed herself. She managed to go from 260 pounds to 105 pounds. She lost 60%. Now she is technically underweight according to BMI standards, but then most models and Hollywood stars are too.

It is amazing to see the before and after photos of Rachel Frederickson. It is also amazing how our bodies are transformable. The Daily Mail reports that Frederickson claims that she eats 1600 calories a day. She also said the main factor on her weight loss was not drastic diet, but exercising a "ton."
