a licensing store for photographers

This is an amazing announcement for the photographers who like to keep their works of art at 500px and the good news is that they can now benefit from their photographic skills. It might not be in the way that they would have ever expected but still it is worth a deal. You will be surprised to hear what the company has done; it has announced Prime which is going to be a licensing store and is definitely going to prove itself more rewarding than the cut-rate stock photo sites.

Every image here will have a license fee of $250 (minimum) and the way photos are ranked here will totally depend on the community opinions. A photo that has been shared too many times will obviously stand out from the rest. Where the store is offering too much, there are certainly some drawbacks as well. The 500px is going to give the photographers a commission of merely 30 percent no matter that the licensing terms are. Many of you might be wondering that this is quite below the mark which the photographers are generally used to. And this is true and it is also true that many photographers would be getting more if they just sell directly to the customers.
