Facebook Road-Tests Mobile Highlights

Facebook has decided to road-test its mobile Highlights feature. The 7.0 iOS update includes the new Highlights feature inside the People tab. Highlights is a fun-filled way of remaining in touch with what is happening and what is in. Pictures of cute cats as well as any contacts you have and friends you visited will feature on this platform.

Facebook, the social network by Mark Zuckerberg is famous for the various interesting qualities and software it allows its fans, followers and users to utilize. Now they have come up with a brand new feature that will help the user base narrow their worldly interests and options even more so. Some changes in how you make friends on Facebook as well as in the latest operating system are in the pipeline.

“Highlights” is what we are talking about here. This is a novel method of keeping track of important events in your life and friends or acquaintances that figure in your emotional existence. For those who have had enough of News Feed, this is a boon and a blessing.

Facebook Messenger too had some growing up to do which was accomplished by the talented team of software engineers behind the scenes. The 3.2 update was definitely worth it. It integrated with other functions on Facebook to lend the whole network greater status and viability.

The application suite methodology on Facebook is something whose importance couldn’t be emphasized enough. Then there is the People tab on this platform that includes the new Highlights feature inside it. Like the Requests tab, it is available to a minority. That minority could become a majority soon. And the Activity log will keep a record of your busy life on Facebook.

From what is happening in your friends’ lives all the way to romantic flings that get serious, it is all there on Facebook. Your future will be brighter once you make contacts that may prove useful one day.
