The 2013 version of ASUS Nexus 7 will now have a wireless charging stand and a dock

The ASUS Nexus 7 (2013) is being made more attractive with a set of accessories to go with it for some added fun. The phone can now go with a dock station with HDMI output which will allow users to enjoy 1080p content on their TVs or monitors. Along with this, there is a Qi wireless charging stand as well. However, there is a little catch to the news; the new accessories will not be compatible with the older 2012 Nexus 7 model. But there is a good news that any Qi-enabled device will be charged with the Wireless Charging Stand.

The ASUS Dock for the Nexus 7 will help users to charge the device easily with only sliding in the tablet and you can use this dock in either a portrait or a landscape mode. Full HD streaming is also possible with the HDMI port featured on the dock which outputs the streamed content on a TV or a monitor. On the other hand we have the PW100 Wireless Charging Stand which comes with built-in LED indicator which shines to let you know that the device is being charged. Also the design facilitates the easy position of the slate which can rest at an angular, 60-degree position with the help of a pyramid shaped, textured design. This also supports both portrait and landscape modes.

The ASUS Dock for the Nexus 7 (2013) has been priced at $49.99 while the PW100 Wireless CHarging Stand is priced at $89.99.
