Big Bang Theory is way up there at the Top

The ratings show that The Big Bang Theory is way up there at the top. It is the most popular of TV shows and is liked by the audience.

The Big Bang Theory is a show the likes of which has never been produced before and never will be produced afterwards. It is a huge crowd favorite. As for the twists and turns of plot in the television soap opera, they keep the audience on the edge of their seats.

It is way more of an “in” thing than say “The Vampire Diaries” or even “The Millers”. In one memorable episode, Howard a diminutive engineer brings his wife two miniature doll figurines of him and her. She exclaims that they are the cutest things she has ever seen.

Then he lets the cat out of the bag. He has formed the small statuettes from a 3D printer which he bought for $5000. That is when his wife goes absolutely crazy. So much money for a lousy pair of mini-manikins doesn’t make sense.

The Big Bang Theory builds a case for 3D Systems. Investors are continuing to bet their money on this new piece of technology. And despite the matter being treated lightly by The Big Bang Theory, the fact is that the industry for 3D printers is booming.

It is a nascent technology that has a lot of scope in the future. The company has never seen better days than the current period in time. Over the next few years, the revenue will more than likely double for 3D Systems.

The fact that this particular technology has made in to television shows like The Big Bang Theory is proof of its potential vitality. And the overall trend of the TV shows is beginning to show a gray shift.

As the baby boomers come of age their TV viewership habits have to be taken into consideration too. The fact that they have entered the 50+ age range shows that more mature material and content is of the essence today.
