The iPhone 6 will contain a number of features such as pressure and temperature sensors as mentioned in the latest rumors.

Recently it was revealed that the iPhone 6 will contain both an Ultra Retina display as well as processor. Rumors as suggested by Sun Chang Xu show how there are many other exciting features that will be a part of the iPhone 6. Sun Chang Xu is an expert on electronics at ESM, China.

As told by Chang Xu, the new Apple iPhone will contain sensors of different kinds, detecting temperature, humidity and pressure. Along with this it was also reported that optical sensors will be used to check the heart beat and level of oxygen of the particular user. Sensors which check the blood pressure however are not allegedly part of the new iPhone.

Samsung Galaxy S4 already has the above mentioned sensors incorporated in the phone. The S5 will also have these sensors and will lay emphasis on making a health check out of the phone, so that it can be even more useful for its users. Similar to this Apple is also focusing on including tools for monitoring one’s health such as the Healthbook app, which is rumored to be featured in the iOS 8. Healthbook will contain these sensors as well; humidity, pressure and temperature checks. It will also focus on other pertinent health issues that need to be monitored, by including features such as weight loss, calorie count, blood pressure, heart beat as well as blood sugar level checks.
