Anita Baker is a celebrity who has been caught unawares by a treacherous lawsuit. Baker says lawsuit is a sinister. A home improvement firm has alleged that she owes them $15,000.

She was watching TV when the strangest news regarding a lawsuit being filed against her appeared on the screen. R&B singer, Anita Baker was absolutely shocked to see such unfair and iniquitous proceedings being brought against her in the court of law.

Ray Smith Painting & Decorating had sued her to the amount of $15,000. They claimed that she owed that much and had never given it to them. But Anita wants to take her turn doing the talking too.

"It's sinister and I don't know how to handle sinister," she tells The Insider's Kevin Frazier.

She says that it is all a lie. She said they were like terrorists and were extorting money from her. In fact, she spoke of how the whole scheme reeked of a sinister plot against her. Anita shared the feeling with her fans on Twitter.

To put things in perspective, Anita tells it like it actually was. A few years ago, her painter recommended the fraudulent company for repairing her home which had been water-damaged. She paid them $60,000 in advance. Her painter later on said that it was not a good enough job they had done.

However, when asked to redo the home, the company flat out refused. Thus Anita had it done herself. Later on they started filing lawsuit after lawsuit in a series of feigned moves against Anita. She had their fake and bogus lawsuits overturned several times.

But now that she was in the middle of a tour, she was being challenged by this basically fraudulent company. Anita is currently very angry and confused about the lawsuit being brought against her. She has talked to her lawyer to have it nullified.

What she thought had been laid to rest has been literally resuscitated back into existence. The company is truly a big fat fake and will go to any length in its mudslinging campaign against her.
