A lawsuit was filed against Justin Bieber by a paparazzi who claims that he was attacked badly by the singer and now Selena has been subpoenaed to testify

While she was spending some casual time on Thursday in the vicinity of Los Angeles, Selena Golmes received quite a surprise as she walked out of a convenience store. As it has been reported, the "Come & Get It" singer was approached by a woman who was handing her out some legal documents. As the media surrounds celebrities at every single second of the day, it doesnt come as a surprise that someone managed to get this entire scene photographed.

We still are not sure exactly why those legal papers were handed over to Selena Golmes but there has been some speculation going around that this has something to do with being subpoenaed to testify in a lawsuit filed by a paparazzo who alleges that her boyfriend Justin Bieber "physically attacked" him in May 2012.

The lawsuit was apparently filed in by Jose Osmin Hernandez Duran almost a year later in June 2013 and he claims that he was part of the group of paparazzi who were legally taking pictures of the couple (Selena and Justin) while they were in the parking lot of The Commons shopping center in Calabasas, California and that's when the incident took place. According to the suit filed against Bieber, he was having some trouble taking out his Mercedes Van and what might have been out of frustration, he went on yelling "F--k off! Get out of my way!" and a few seconds later, he jumped out of his van and "delievered a martial-arts type kick" on Jose Osmin. And as if this wasnt enough, he landed an hard punch on the guy's face who was constantly asking him to stop. Just then Selena got out of the car and shouted at Bieber to stop since the people around were taking pictures. The incident was investigated by authorities but the L.A. County District Attorney's Office ultimately opted not to press charges against Bieber.
