Netgear Mingle mobile hotspot debuts with Virgin Mobile

Mingle supports up to ten devices at one time

If you travel with multiple devices and you want them all to have mobile internet connectivity, you don’t want to pay for a data plan for each device. Netgear has announced a new product called the Mingle mobile hotspot. That will be available on Virgin Mobile. This is the sort of device you want to share internet connectivity amongst multiple devices.

The Mingle is available with no contract and sells for $99.99. This is the first 4G LTE mobile broadband device that is on the Broadband2Go portfolio it is also the first in the industry to use Sprint Spark technology.

The Mingle supports 3G and 4G connectivity. Up to ten devices can connect to the mobile web at once via the device. It has an 1800mAh battery good for up to 12.5 hours per charge. It also has a 1.77-inch LCD that will help with device management.

Data plans for the device start at $5 per day for 250MB of data. Buyers can also get a 1.5GB monthly pan for $25 or a 6GB pan for $55 per month. Available accessories include a desktop charging cradle and the Mingle is compatible with a smartphone app for management.
