Hollywood star Jennifer Lawrence has landed at the top of FHM's list of "The 100 Sexiest Women in the World," the British publication announced on Wednesday.

The 23-year-old actress is currently dating her "X-Men: First Class" co-star Nicholas Hoult. The couple will appear together in the upcoming sequel, "X-Men: Days of Future Past," due out May 23.

Lawrence plays the character Mystique -- who has the ability to take on the appearance of anyone she can visualize to copy. According to reports she will have a more active role in the upcoming film of the Marvel series. Yahoo was given a clip of her laying down the law with-in a room full of people to promote her abilities in the movie.

Coming in at No. 2 spot on the FHM sexiest women list was English actress Michelle Keegan, who was also declared the "Sexiest Woman in the U.K."

"I'm totally taken back by this, it really does mean a lot," read a statement from Keegan. "Thank you so much to the readers of FHM and everyone who took the time and voted for me, I'm so flattered. I believe that being 'sexy' isn't wearing lots of heavy make-up or having the perfect hair or figure, it's about self confidence, being comfortable with yourself, smiling and being happy!"

Rihanna, Emily Ratajkowski and CBS' "The Big Bang Theory" star Kaley Cuoco finished off the top 5 in FHM's top 100 list.
