With his nanny

It can't be easy being one of the most famous babies in the world.

But while on a casual park outing during the recent royal tour in New Zealand, Prince George managed to go unnoticed, keeping his royal identity under wraps.

Of course, it helps that the wee one was being escorted by his nanny instead of his famous parents, Prince William and Kate Middleton, who were thrust into the spotlight Down

Under as they attended a number of public events.

The famous nine-month-old went virtually unnoticed with the exception of one ice cream vendor, who happened to recognize the little prince after he sold an ice cream cone to the little one's nanny, Maria Borrallo.

"There were plenty of people walking around the waterfront, there were children everywhere, but I don't think anyone saw them. They didn't look out of place at all," ice cream business owner Barry Ludrow shares while also confirming that he was the only one who recognized George that day.

Another insider added, "I can say that it definitely happened. I certainly don't think it was meant to be hidden that the little prince was playing in the park." Fairfax Media also confirmed George's day out with the city's mayor, who said she hoped the third in line to the throne enjoyed a bit of peace and quiet during his day in the park.

And while Ludrow could not remember the specific date of his undercover Prince George sighting, Fairfax Media reports their trip to the park most likely took place on April 14, after William and Kate left George at the Government House in Wellington while they visited Christchurch reported US.
