Members of a group of Iranians making a dance video to Pharell's Happy have been freed. The director remains in custody. Watch their video below.

The story of a group of young Iranians that got arrested for making a Youtube video has caused outrage and disbelieve around the world. The video shows a group of people dancing and having fun to Pharell's Happy summer hit. Iranian officials arrested the group because they apparently offended the public morals. Now CNN reports that six people from the group, but the director of the video stays in custody.

Even the Iranian President Hassan Rouhani is against the arrest. He tweeted: "#Happiness is our people's right. We shouldn't be too hard on behaviors caused by joy." That support from the top might have played a hand in the release.

Pharell Williams has also shown his support for the Iranian dancers. He posted on Facebook: "t is beyond sad that these kids were arrested for trying to spread happiness."
