Gold-painted Samsung Galaxy S5 hits all major US carriers following May 30

The Samsung Galaxy S5 is certainly the most brilliant phone out there at the moment but there might be some people who still haven’t gotten their hands on the device even though they had been planning to. Well, it seems like their wait was worth the while and they are the lucky ones because Samsung is giving another color option starting from May 30. A gold-colored version of the Samsung Galaxy S5 has been announced officially by the company today and just wait till you get your eyes on this beauty.

Starting from the end of this month, the phone is going to hit the shelves of the stores in the US and will be available from all major carriers including AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and U.S. Cellular. If you are going to choose Verizon as your carrier then you are not going to get the phone directly because then you'll need to go through an indirect retailer and according to Samsung, you don’t have to worry about shortages if you go with this option.

The price of the gold colored S5 is going to be the same as the others which have been on sale for a while and if the pricing goes in line with all these versions and you are getting luckier then you can get the phone for $99 with a two-year contract. But in case you don’t want to stick with any carrier, you should be ready to spend $699 all at once.
