The ranch once owned by legendary actor Burt Reynolds gets transformed into a housing project.

Burt Reynolds is on top of trending news today because a farm he once owned is getting transformed into a new home development ground. The Palm Beach County ranch in Jupiter Farms will become an area with 30 homes.

Burt Reynolds hit a rough spot in 1996. He had to declare bankruptcy and, according to the Sentinel Sun, three years later the Reynolds Liquidating Trust sold his ranch to the School District for $3.85 million.

The Reynolds Ranch was the site of the Burt Reynolds's wedding to Loni Anderson. Later it housed a Burt Reynolds museum and a gift shop.

Burt Reynolds is not slowing down at age 78. IMDB lists him in six TV movies and films for 2014 and 2015. I was always a big fan of Burt Reynolds. I actually should watch some of his legendary car movies from the 70s again including Smokey and the Bandit.
