Newly single, Caroline Wozniacki lost her first round game in the French Open 2014.

Another major upset in the first round at French Open happened yesterday. Caroline Wozniacki lost against Yanina Wickmayer. Her private life might have played a role in the loss.

Golfer Rory McIlroy and Caroline Wozniacki called off their engagement last week. According to BBC Wozniacki said after the game: "What happens in my personal life, I just want to really keep that between my closest people around me. I just have to move on." Caroline Wozniacki is 23 years old. There is plenty of room to move on.

Caroline Wozniacki also told reporters that she was not 100% fit and is held back by a knee injury.

Rory McIlroy stomached the separation in a much better way. He won this week the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth.
