Ray J was arrested from Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, California on Friday evening for trespassing, vandalism, resisting arrest and battery in relation to a police officer.

It is a really bad weekend for the singer and reality TV star Ray J. The "I Hit It First" singer was arrested on Friday evening from Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, California.

The real name of Ray J is William Ray Norwood Jr. According to the Beverly Hills Police Department, they received a sexual battery complaint at 7:36 PM.

Ray J was first said to grab a female's butt. However, it was not true since later on the act was said to be the result of a misunderstanding. The "contact was incidental." But the hotel security asked the singer to leave the hotel. He first agreed to leave.

But when Ray J reached the valet, he allegedly "became belligerent with the valets and refused to leave," Beverly Hills Public Information Officer Lieutenant Lincoln Hoshino told E! News in a statement.

Police officials took Ray J into custody. But he also misbehaved with the police officers. 33-year-old singer broke the side window of the police patrolling car with his feet.

And when officers took him out to restrain his feet, he "became combative" and spat on the face of one of the officers, according to police officials.

Ray J was arrested not only for trespassing but also charged for private person’s arrest, vandalism, resisting arrest and battery in relation to a police officer.

Later on, he got released on a bail of $20,000. "Ray J is due in court on July 25 at the Airport Courthouse," police told Access Hollywood on Saturday. His last tweet before arrest on Friday morning was totally different from his attitude in the evening.
