Universal UK to air TNT’s The Librarians with Noah Wyle, Rebecca Romijn, Christian Kane
We are now going to see Rebecca Romijn in the brand new TV series The Librarians which is going to come to the Universal Channel in the UK. It is going to debut within 24 hours of first debuting on US TNT in December 2014. The viewers in the UK will be able to tune in to see Falling Skies star Noah Wyle reprising his recurring role from The Librarians movie franchise for this first season of the new TV adaptation, which will also star X Men actress Rebecca Romijn.

Others to join these two for the brand new drama series will be Christian Kane (Leverage), Lindy Booth (Dawn of the Dead) and John Kim (The Pacific) as protectors of the world’s mystical treasures with Emmy®-winner John Larroquette (Night Court, Deception) playing their reluctant caretaker. Most of the fans are already waiting for some familiar faces including Bob Newhart (The Big Bang Theory, The Bob Newhart Show) and Jane Curtin (Kate & Allie, 3rd Rock from the Sun) and they will be taking on their roles from the movies. Matt Frewer (Max Headroom, Falling Skies) is also set to play a recurring role.
Those who still haven’t gotten around to seeing the movie, the show is going to be about an ancient organization who work out of secret headquarters beneath the Metropolitan Public Library in New York. The mission of this organization is to protect the earth from a secret, magical reality.
