She used to appear in the 80s series Full House. Candace Cameron Bure posed recently in a two-piece bathing suit on the beach.

Who can forget that cute prepubescent golden haired girl on the show Full House? Well, she has grown into a full-fledged woman today. Candace Cameron Bure appeared in a colorful bathing suit awhile back and she was looking very fit and fabulous.

Not only were her legs shapely but her physique looked absolutely smart and stylish. Candace posted her bathing suit pic on her Instagram with caption: "Mama got in the water today."

"The former Full House star, 38, looked half her age in a smiling snapshot posted via Instagram. She wore a colorful tankini with a flower-patterned top and striped bottoms. She appeared to have just come out of the water with a boogie board under her arm," reported Us Weekly.

Unlike many starlets who think if they have it, they ought to flaunt it…Cameron likes to keep her family values intact. She had a boogie board tucked away underneath one arm.

Her husband Valerie was with her on the occasion and their three children accompanied the couple. Bure also took a pic of her feet and posted it online.

"55 minute Barre work out, 30 minute run on the beach with my boys & now relaxing watching my kids body surf. #GoodDay #stayfit #familyfun #mutitasking at its best," she captioned her July 19th Instagram.

She and her three sons engaged in a workout on the beach. They all ran on the sand and enjoyed the surf and windy weather. Cameron was criticized for undergoing a controversial protein shake cleanse recently too.

"I'm excited to start my 5 day cleanse not to lose weight but to get my body back on track," she shared on her Facebook page earlier this month. "Since being off Dancing With The Stars, my body has struggled to find its balance after having danced up to 8 hours a day and eating so clean."

But Bure has to defend herself on taking a protein-shake cleanse from Paleta Provisions. She took to her Facebook page to fight back the rumors of an eating disorder. Cameron said that she wanted to get back on track after her health suffered a little and reserved the right to make her own decisions.

"After going back to my normal eating habits as well as extended overindulgent summertime vacation eating and normal exercise routine, my body has endured some confusion causing some minor health issues," she posted.

"That is private, so I will not go into detail, but this cleanse is just a step to getting it back on track because I know that food is a key source to healthy living."

Meanwhile, Hillary Duff also showed off her contoured physique in a bikini recently. Her son Luca was with her. This proves that you do not need to be a teenager to show off a toned body. Duff also posted a picture on her Instagram.

"I swear the #ChasingtheSun plane is in the sky lol squint and look really hard," Duff captioned her Instagram. See the instagram below.

Both Candace Cameron Bure and Hillary Duff are moms yet they have the physical fitness to put women half their age to shame. Candace Cameron Bure is lucky that the protein shake cleanse she chose was genuine and not a rip-off deal.

Many people fall for such fad diets as the Hollywood Cleanse or the Grapefruit Diet and end up a metabolic mess. The body needs wholesome nutrients and by missing out on major food groups no one is doing his or her body any favor.
