Whatsapp Androidwear support now out of Beta

Whatsapp has come out of beta giving support to Androidwear devices.

With the growing popularity of the wearable devices, there is a strong need for more apps which are compatible with the wearable devices and in order for the device to get more functional, we need more apps which fall under our everyday usage. One of these is Whatsapp which is used by approximately 600 million people all around the world on a daily basis. At the start of this month, we saw a couple of Android Wear apps on Google Play and among these was the Whatsapp Messenger.

The app has come out its beta and extends support for the Androidwear devices. Following the release of the beta app (build number 2.11.318) for Android Wear, the mainstream app has been upgraded and now has a build number of 3.11.362 which is available to all via Google PLaystore. For those who still haven’t tried the beta app, it is time to the get to the mainstream one and Whatsapp notification buzzing the wrists.
