Will Apple also reveal new iPads today? Or is that going to be too much?

Apple is for sure unveiling the new iPhone 6 today. There is a chance that Apple also will reveal a wearable device. The iPad series is also though ready for an update. The question is if today's event is also going to feature the new iPads or is Apple holding another event for the tablets. KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo thinks that Apple is indeed showing off the new iPads as well.

This would be different from last year. Apple has introduced the new iPads last year in a separate event in October.

Apple is preparing a big show for today. They built special white structures at the Flint Center for Performing Arts in Cupertino. Security is supposed to be over the top. Maybe Apple is indeed planing one huge unveil for most of the new 2014 products today.

The new generation of iPad Air and iPad mini are expected to be lighter and faster. In addition they will bring the Touch ID fingerprint sensor known from the iPhone 5S.

Apple will offer live online video streaming of iPhone 6 Event starting at 10am PDT.
