iPhone 6 Plus Shipping Already Delayed to 3-4 Weeks

The new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus are available for pre-order since about 2 hours at carriers and the Apple Store. The iPhone 6 Plus initial inventory has sold out.

Apple unveiled on Tuesday the new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.

The iPhone pre-order has started on AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and Sprint. Carrier sites have been and still are under heavy load.

The Apple Store went live with a 40 minute delay. The iPhone 6 Plus already sold out at the Apple Store after two hours. Now, 5 hours after the pre-order launch the iPhone 6 Plus now the shipping time frame moved to an unbearable 3 to 4 weeks. The iPhone 6 has still the 9/19 delivery date, except the some colors.

There have been rumors that the iPhone 6 Plus is in short supply and they turned out to be true or the demand for the larger iPhone 6 Plus is off the hook.

To still get an iPhone 6 Plus at launch you either can check with carriers directly our line up at Apple Stores to get an iPhone 6 Plus when the sale starts on September 19. Good Luck!
