Matt Lauer and several others in the media including Ben Affleck got severely criticized by Kanye West in one of his recent rants.

Kanye West is back to his usual rants that sound like tales told by an idiot, full of pomp and fury, signifying nothing. He was performing for a concert in Australia and had a wheelchair-bound fan among the audience.

Due to certain actions of his, Kanye was made the target of criticism from several celebs in the media. Kanye has however expressed extreme resentment at these voices of dissent and they include Matt Lauer and Ben Affleck.

Kanye has yet to say his “I am sorry” for his loss of oral control. Kanye told his critics in the rudest way possible to go and pick on someone else. He also said that he represented intelligent people everywhere.

“Pick a new target. Pick a new target. Because I'm not one of these dumb-ass artists that you're used to,” West said onstage in Sydney yesterday.

“You come at me, I'm going to take my platform and break this shit down for real, intelligent people every night. And then, we'll get back to the music.”

The whole issue began when in one of his concerts, Kanye told all of his fans to stand up and when one of them didn’t, he said to him that he wasn’t handicapped so why didn’t he stand up.

However, it so happens that this person was actually in a wheelchair which is why he never stood up to cheer for Kanye. Kanye was shamefaced indeed. But what really shocked the crowd was that later on Kanye never had the courtesy to apologize for his gaffe.

He instead went on a tangent and shouted out that he was seeing the media’s reactions as it tried to make him the target of everything bad. Kanye furthermore spoke of how Americans were dying and the scenes were being depicted on television.

He said that children were getting murdered in Chicago and no one cared. And finally, he said that there were innocent people who were shot in cold blood by armed police officers.

“Since this is such big media-press-news and everything that obviously they trying to demonize me,” Kanye West told the crowd.

“It's like, ‘Welcome to today's news, ladies and gentlemen.’ We've got Americans getting killed on TV, kids getting killed every weekend in Chicago, unarmed people getting killed by police officers.”

“I'm not going to make one of them Ben Affleck statements and shit.”

“So, people on the ‘Today’ show, I'm not sure I keep up with the news, but if Michael Strahan is still at the ‘Today’ show–no, ‘Good Morning America', Matt Lauer, the girls on ‘The View’ – Whoopi Goldberg, Robin Roberts, if y'all run this, take a step back and look at this: I'm a married Christian man with a family,” West added.

“At my concerts, I make sure everybody has as good a time as possible. So, all this demonizing me, it aint’ goin’ to work after a while.”

Kanye then almost went crazy pointing out the holes in the socks (metaphorically speaking) of everyone from Ben Affleck to Matt Lauer. This is probably the height of arrogance.

Instead of feeling any guilt or contrition over such a big blunder, Kanye actually had the audacity and guts to harangue others. He is putting the blame on others before there is any chance of any blame being put on him.
