The Big Bang Theory Season 8 premieres with the first two episodes today at 8 p.m. on CBS. Watch the newest The Big Bang Theory Season 8 teasers below. And, yes. Kaley Cuoco has short hair.

The Big Bang Theory is back tonight. The successful sitcom starring Kaley Cuoco, Jim Parsons and Johnny Galecki will premiere on CBS tonight bring back the beloved geeks. CBS will air the first two episodes back to back.

The new Big Bang Theory season continues 45 days after the end of Season 7. This was revealed at the Comic Con in San Diego in summer. Sheldon went on a train trip out of town. Leonard (Johnny Galecki) and Amy (Mayim Bialik) bring him home after all his stuff got stolen.

Watch the teaser about Sheldon below. First thing Sheldon notices when he comes home is that Kaley Cuoco has now short hair.

Meanwhile, Penny interviews for a job at Bernadette’s company, and Howard is weirded out by Stuart’s relationship with Mrs. Wolowitz.

When Sheldon is forced to teach a class, Howard surprises everyone by taking it. Meanwhile, the tension between Penny and Bernadette gives Amy a chance to play both sides
