Black Friday has very long history that we have captured earlier this year in this extensive Black Friday History report. The analysis comes to the conclusion that the overall prices are not on Black Friday. Items like blenders, sweaters, toys, holiday items are cheaper in mid-December. Name Brand TVs are deemed to be cheaper before Black Friday. According to the report video game consoles and tablets are cheapest on Thanksgiving Day.

The results of the price analysis are not wrong in general. What is though important here is that Black Friday sales already starts early November. The whole month is Black Friday.
