Jack Ma leads the list of Richest Chinese after Alibaba IPO.

Alibaba founder Jack Ma has reached the top. According to the Hurun report, Jack Ma is now the richest person in China. Hurun publishes a similar Billionaire ranking as Forbes.

Hurun estimates Jack Ma's wealth at $25 Billion. There are over 350 Dollar Billionaires in China this year. There are many on the list that make their money with online or IT businesses. Via BBC.

Jack Ma has still some way to go to enter the top 10 richest people on the planet. According to Forbes you need to have a wealth of over $35.5 Billion to be under the Top 10. In the most recent Forbes Billionaires list, Carlos Slim is #1 with $84.8 Billion followed by Bill Gates with $81.5 Billion and Warren Buffett with $68.3 Billion.

Alibaba could though propel Jack Ma into the list of the World's richest people. The IPO was very positive. Shares jumped over 30% above the IPO price and are still trading in that range.
