They only Saw Signs of Trouble Before Her Second DUI Arrest

The family of Amanda Bynes was pretty sure that she would get through without any major troubles and they were suspecting that she was doing fine and then there were some signs of trouble which they began to worry about. According to a source who claims to be close to the family, before their daughter’s arrest on early Sunday morning they thought that she was adjusting well in her current circumstances. This comes roughly a year after her umpteenth run-in with the law resulted in her involuntary hospitalization and close to six months in treatment. The source has stated "They truly believed Amanda was doing well based on the first and second semesters' grades, which were stellar.”

28 year old Amanda Bynes has finished off with her first year at Irvine, Calif., location of the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. However, ever since she found herself among troubles which arose last summer, her estate had been in a conservatorship overseen by her parents, Rick and Lynn. An insider to the E! News has claimed that the conservatorship expired on Sept. 10 and the actress’s family knew that something was certainly up. The source has revealed that both the parents weren’t given any idea of the reported troubles that Amanda might have been having at school and said "The first signs of problems came days after the conservatorship ended.”

Some people had been thinking that there might be a possibility of her parents still taking charge of her affairs, but about that the source has told E! News that "Once [the conservatorship] has ended, it's a 'hard expire.' That means the process has to start again. Well, the process cannot start again with just a DUI. It's going to require a 5150- [psych hold] type situation again. She is not there yet."

Amada’s relationship with her parents couldn’t be commented on as yet and they have told news reporters that they don’t know where their daughter currently is and added "you know what we know." The source has said that "her parents are keeping close tabs on her through various people.” They are monitoring her whereabouts, her spending and her driving as best as they can. Essentially she was able to mask her poor grades and downward spiral from them. They wanted to believe she was being honest and getting better."

Bynes’ license was suspended for a year and a half and in April it was returned back to her and things seemed to be looking fine and she appeared happy and healthy in her school photographs.
