Gone Girl is a new movie directed by David Fincher everybody is talking about and a ton of people have been in the cinemas this weekend to watch it. Gone Girl tops the weekend box office with $38m according to Rentrak. Gone Girl beat Annabelle and The Equalizer. Gone Girl only beat Annabelle by a small amount. Gone Girl also took the international Box Office crown. Gone Girl is based upon the global bestseller by Gillian Flynn, that pulls back the covers of the secrets of a modern marriage. Gone Girl stars Ben Affleck who went on a very entertaining promotion tour this week. Watch his funny interviews.

The story of Gone Girl goes like this. On the occasion of his fifth wedding anniversary, Nick Dunne (Ben Affleck) reports that his pretty wife, Amy (Rosamund Pike), has gone missing. Under pressure from the police and a growing media frenzy, Nick Dune portrait of a blissful union begins to crumble. Soon his lies, deceits and strange behavior have everyone asking the same dark question: Did Nick Dunne kill his wife?

Besides Ben Affleck the cast of Gone Girl include Rosamund Pike, Neil Patrick Harris, Carrie Coon, Tyler Perry, Kim Dickens, Partick Fugit and Emily Ratajkowski. Watch the trailer below.
