The video adopted the beats of Turn Down For What originally done by Lil Jon and DJ Snake back in 2013.

Other artists that have been included in the comic clip include Whoopi Goldberg and Fred Armisen. In the video, the celebrities are seen addressing young people to hit the ballot boxes in a bid to drum up support for crucial issues that affect young adults.

Each of the celebrities has been recorded speaking about a specific issue. Dunham in particular stated that she is turning out for reproductive rights. Lil Jon maintained that he is turning out to advocate for legalization of Marijuana. The rapper actually puffed out a heavy smoke from what looks like a roll of Marijuana.

Actor Fred Armisen argued that he was turning out to simply please his buddies. The video has since gone viral on YouTube.
