A very graphic photo is circulating on Chinese social media showing a desk with lots of blood spilled around with an iPhone in the center of it.

Phones have exploded in the past because of faulty batteries or chargers. Now a very graphic photo is circulating on Chinese social media showing a desk with lots of spilled blood. An iPhone lies in a puddle of blood on the desk. The iPhone has supposedly exploded and blown the man face off. French NoWhereElse spotted the post and photo on Weibo.

Is this report real? Is the photo real? I actually hope that this is an elaborate Halloween inspired prank. The amount of blood spilled in the photo is enormous, which would mean that the person suffered a severe injury.

We decided not to publish the photo here as it is too graphic. Click through NoWhereElse if you can handle to see lots of blood.
