The CNN's former host Piers Morgan has spent his previous days accusing the network at its wrong choice in anchors.

Morgan, the former anchor of CNN, recently accused Anderson Cooper for the low ratings on his show. In a recent interview, Morgan referred Cooper as not being someone who is needed by CNN.

The anchor stated that Cooper was not an ideal candidate who would bring high ratings to the news network. Later on he wrote a column in THR signifying that Megyn Kelly should have been on the list of anchors at CNN.

It was seen that Cooper's show had much better ratings than that of Morgan's. Cooper's show "AC 360" airs at the time slot of 8 and 10 p.m. while Morgan's show airs at 9 p.m. The ratings have shown that the 9 p.m. ratings are much lower than Cooper's.

CNN did not reply to the column written by Morgan until now. Recently Megan Rivers the Spokesperson of CNN wrote an Email to the POLITICO which accused Morgan of making unpardonable attacks on his former colleague in CNN.

River also wrote that AC 360 had managed to deliver more ratings than Pier's show. The last seven month analysis also showed that the ratings were higher for Cooper's show. She also said that it looks as if Morgan is trying to find a new job based on his previous performance which is a dejected effort.

CNN ended Morgan's show earlier in March but he had to stay with the company till September for the fulfillment of his contract. Morgan says that he was offered a new show that was supposed to air 20 episodes a year but he denied the offer as he was not allowed to hire his own staff.

However the high resources inside CNN told another story to Politico. According to this inside news, Morgan's show was called off due to low ratings and he was never offered another one by CNN. Currently Morgan is working as a columnist in MailOnline while Cooper hosts his show on CNN.
