The tragic case of the health-worker who has contracted Ebola from treating the first US Ebola victim Thomas Eric Duncan is of course fueling Trump's arguments. He already tweeted about the incident.

Donald Trump also turned to Instagram to get his stop the flight message across. He asks why are we the sad suckers. Referring to America's role in the ISIS and ebola crisis. He says China and Russia would be better fitting.
