Apple leaked the iPad Air 2 and iPad mini 3 in iTunes.

Apple confirmed the new iPad Air 2 and iPad mini 3 ahead of the iPad event tomorrow through a leak on iTunes. 9to5Mac reports that screenshots of the iOS 8.1 iPad user guide appeared in iBooks.

The leaked screenshot show that the new iPads will have Touch ID sensors. Obviously Apple did not give anything away with this leak as these new iPads are expected to be unveiled tomorrow. Apple has though removed these images again from iTunes.

On October 16, Apple is expected to reveal the new iPad Air 2 and new iPad mini 3. Apple is also expected to reveal an iMac with Retina Display and possibly also a Retina MacBook Air. Apple is also expected to reveal the release details of OS X Yosemite. You can watch the Apple iPad Oct. 16 Event live online in a video stream.
