Apple has a few hurdles to cross first

With Apple Pay arriving now, there are a lot of fans that are excited to begin using it at some of their favorite retailers, although analysts are still unsure about what kind of success it will have in the long run.

The first problem comes in the form of users trusting them to handle all of their payments. They already have hundreds of millions of credit cards on file for iTunes, but so far customers have been slow to accept any form of mobile payment systems that have also popped up in the past. Thankfully, Apple has done everything they can to assure people that their information is going to be safe.

There is also the problem with retailers themselves. There are many that are willing to make the upgrade to new technology, but some of the major companies are still holding out. Wal Mart has already stated that they aren’t going to be accepting Apple Pay, which could be a huge blow, although no one can know for sure.

Will Apple succeed? There is no way of knowing. With the power of the Apple brand behind it, Apple Pay certainly has a big leg up on the competition. Stay tuned to find out what happens next.
