Renee Zellweger Responses to Changed Look Discussion
  • Renee Zellweger is 45.

Actress Renee Zellweger is in the celeb news again because she looks different. Now the actress has responded to the new wave of discussions in the media.

45-year old actress Renee Zellweger is aging, but the press apparently cannot cope with it. Back in March we already reported about Renee Zellweger's different face and how the media reacted to it. She is aging and she likely has tried some surgery to make it less bad.

Obviously she cannot look like when she was playing Bridget Jones 13 years ago. As said back in March, not everybody has access to alien technology like Christie Brinkley to stay forever young. See the mind boggling photos of 60 year old Christie Brinkley in this photo gallery.

Renee Zellweger was just stepping out at the ELLE's 21st Annual Women In Hollywood at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles yesterday for one of her rare public appearances. What is the result? Headlines like: "Is that you, Renee Zellweger?" or "Renee Zellweger is now completely unrecognizable."

Renee Zellweger has now released a statement to People Magazine responding to the media attention of her changed look. She said: "I'm glad folks think I look different! I'm living a different, happy, more fulfilling life, and I'm thrilled that perhaps it shows." Zellweger says she is at peace now after years of being to busy that lead to exhaustion. She kept out of sight in her 40s and now people think she changed over night. Zellweger is at a good place in her life and we should not worry about it.

Actor and director Zach Braff posted this highly popular Tweet to sums up the discussion quite good. It is hilarious.

Renee Zellweger will come back in the movie titled The Whole Truth in 2015. What is likely not going to happen is a sequel to Bridget Jones diary.
