Melissa Gorga and Joe Relieved After Kai's Exit from Their Home

At last Melissa Gorga and Joe can release a sigh of relief after Kai Patterson exited from their house. Patterson has actually been a pain in the head to the couple and it's certain they would not wish to ever have such a troublesome tenant again. Trouble is said to have started between the tenant and the Real Housewives of New Jersey stars after they requested him to move out of their house at the beginning of this year.

According to Sheknows, the tenant has been ignoring the couple's request until recently when he gave up. Though Kai is no longer in their home, they will forever live to remember him because he has left them lots of bills to pay. This would not have been the case if the tenant would have vacated the home early enough.

Kai had earlier claimed that the home was in a sorry state and so he was demanding compensation for the work done in clearing the waste that had accumulated around the home. The story was different on Facebook because it was alleged that he had decided to shift to another house due to the accumulated rent arrears. The tenant has actually come out in the open to set the record straight by disowning the claims.

The tenant was later quoted by Radar Online saying that he could not continue to occupy the the house. "It's done. I moved out. It's a relief...It's a closed chapter of my life," said Kai.

Gorga has not discussed about the issue on her Twitter account but it's obvious that she is already feeling the pinch of having to pay the bills. But that should not worry her and her partner because they can easily raise money through her new line of jewelery, HSN and the cut they get from starring in the Real Housewives of New Jersey.

In other news, Gorga has broken the ice regarding her concerns for her sister in law, Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe Guidice who were recently slapped with 4 and 5 year sentences.

“Obviously this has been a very tough week. We are heartbroken for our family and especially those four sweet girls. Pray for them. No matter how you feel, I hope everyone is wishing their family strength and faith.” Teresa and Joe will alternate their sentences because their four girls need someone to take care of them.
