Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake got an apology from Heat magazine after the couple sued the publication.

That was quick. 12 days ago we reported that Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake sued Heat Magazine over an article. Now the power couple already got an apology from the magazine in the High Court in Ireland. Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake say that they have been defamed by the article. The couple hired Paul Tweed to handle the case. Tweed is an international media lawyer specializing in defamation, privacy, mediation and arbitration, piracy and IP issues for a range of clients.

The article in Heat Magazine that had Biel and Timberlake outraged had the headlines: "Justin Timberlake gets flirty with another woman, it’s not his wife!" and "The flirty photos that rocked Justin and Jessica’s marriage."

The apology said according to the BBC, that the report was based on unfounded report about Justin Timberlake’s alleged behavior at a club, following a performance in Paris, to celebrate a birthday, and also included a number of purported statements improperly attributed to Jessica Biel."

Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake are apparently satisfied with this and leave it at that. Paul Tweed actually said that his clients were very satisfied with "this categoric retraction of what was a false and unfounded story."

There you have it. Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake are tough, but cool.
